The key to balancing a healthy lifestyle is what you put into your body. Now, I'm not a health guru but I do try to watch what I put into my body. Lots of vegetables, lean protein, and plenty of water is a great way to start.

5) Minerals

7) Water
The everyday hustle of life makes it hard to balance eating a good meal and making sure we are receiving the nutrients we need. But it can be done with determination, and grit we can accomplish anything. So one goal I will set for myself is to start making sure I drink at least 2 liters or a half gallon of water throughout my day.
