Self-Motivation



Whenever life hits and everything seems like it is going wrong, stop and remember every day is a new day and a fresh start. Saying something positive to yourself will kick start your day off in a positive way. I myself love positive affirmations. There are days where I need a light that will get me through to the next minute. Positive affirmations can literally be anything from a single word, to a phrase, or a quote. You can tape some positive words to your notebook, mirror, on a rock, water bottle, or a jar. There are so many ways to give yourself the motivation that you need to provide comfort. How will you show up for yourself each day? How will you jump start your day? Will you record a message? Write a note? Create a affirmation jar? We would love to hear from you!
